Welcome to the Pan Lab

We are a group of researchers led by Dr. Chongle Pan in the School of Computer Science and the Department of Microbiology and Plant Biology at the University of Oklahoma. We conduct research projects in the areas of machine learning, microbiology, bioinformatics, biomedical data science, and parallel computing.
